This is a serious assessment, and that is deliberate. We hire a small number of exceptional people into long-term roles with Australian businesses, and everyone who joins clears the same bar. Most people finish in about 20 minutes, a little more if you tick several roles. Do it in one sitting, in a quiet spot on a good connection. You will answer timed questions, type under the clock and record a one-minute hello on camera. Every submission is reviewed by a person. No role that fits right now? Best on a laptop or desktop. A few parts (the typing round and the puzzles) are much easier with a keyboard and a larger screen. You will also record a short intro video on camera (about 30 to 60 seconds), so you will need a working camera and microphone. You can use a phone if that is all you have.

Phase one includes a short intro video that records your image and voice, watched by our team and the client considering you.
